Pastor Segun Shitta-Bey was trained in various developmental structure in the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Nigeria and was saddled with

different levels of leadership responsibilities until he was ordained a full pastor in 2001 and later became a zonal pastor in 2007.

During this period, he was involved in the planting and nurturing of churches in Nigeria, Switzerland, USA, Kenya and Greece.

He is passionate about bringing the power in the word of God into reality by teaching the word in a way that brings transformation into the lives of the hearers and doers of the word.

He is a graduate of civil engineering from the University of Ibadan, a licenced engineer in Alberta (P.Eng.) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is married to his love, Pastor (Mrs) Busola Shitta-Bey and they are blessed with four children.
